Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vilostudios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vilostudios provides anime-style animation production services including but not limited to:

• 2D and 3D animation
• Character design and development
• Background art and environment design
• Sound design and music production
• Voice acting and direction
• Post-production and editing

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements and specifications
• Respond to revision requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established on a per-project basis. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. AI-Free Production Guarantee

Vilostudios is committed to 100% human-crafted animation. We guarantee:

• No AI-generated content in any final deliverables
• All animation, artwork, and creative work is produced by skilled human artists
• Traditional animation techniques and craftsmanship in every project
• Full transparency about our production methods

Client Restrictions: Clients may not use any Vilostudios deliverables to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, or automated content generation tools without explicit written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial rights to the final deliverables, subject to the following terms:

• Vilostudios Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolios, website, social media, and marketing materials
• Artist Portfolio Rights: Individual artists and freelancers who worked on the project have the right to showcase their contributions in their personal portfolios and demo reels after project completion
• Credit Requirement: Clients must provide visible credit to "Vilostudios" on all full public uploads, releases, or distributions of the final work. This includes but is not limited to: video platforms, social media, websites, streaming services, and physical media
• No AI Training: Clients are prohibited from using deliverables for machine learning or AI training purposes

7. Geographic Service Area

Vilostudios provides services to clients worldwide, with the following restrictions:

• We serve clients in any country that is not currently subject to international sanctions
• We comply with all applicable export control and trade sanction laws
• Service availability may be restricted based on legal requirements

8. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

9. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled by the client, charges will apply based on work completed. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
