Responsibilities

• Design pitch decks, presentation materials, and visual documents for client and partner presentations
• Create advertisement assets including social media graphics, promotional banners, and campaign visuals

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role

Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, advertising creatives, and branding work

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition

Ability to design visuals that are both aesthetically strong and marketing-driven

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

You’ll collaborate with other producers, directors, and department leads while managing large groups of creatives across different stages of production.

The Project Manager is the connective tissue of a project, the quiet force that turns creative chaos into structured momentum. You ensure that ideas don’t just exist, they ship. Working closely with directors, artists, and department leads, you track progress, manage timelines, and remove roadblocks before they grow teeth.

This role requires a balance of structure and flexibility. You understand creative workflows, but you also know how to anchor them in reality. You’ll be coordinating across time zones, aligning teams, and making sure every milestone lands when and how it should. Communication is your strongest tool, and clarity is your currency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules across multiple projects
