The Graphic Designer plays a key role in how ideas are seen before they are ever animated and how they are remembered after. From pitch decks to advertisements, you shape both first impressions and lasting impact. This role blends creativity with clarity. You take complex ideas and translate them into clean, engaging visuals that communicate tone, identity, and intent at a glance.
You’ll work closely with producers, directors, and marketing to design materials that are not only visually striking but strategically effective. Whether it’s building a pitch deck that secures a deal or creating advertisements that capture attention instantly, your work becomes the visual voice of each project.
Responsibilities
- Design pitch decks, presentation materials, and visual documents for client and partner presentations
- Create advertisement assets including social media graphics, promotional banners, and campaign visuals
- Develop branding assets, key visuals, and supporting graphics for ongoing projects
- Translate creative concepts into clean, professional, and engaging visual designs
- Collaborate with Producers, Creative Directors, and Marketing teams to align visuals with project goals
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and overall visual identity across both pitches and ads
- Prepare and organize design files for internal use and external delivery
- Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and clarity
- Support additional visual needs across production, marketing, and promotional efforts
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, advertising creatives, and branding work
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Ability to design visuals that are both aesthetically strong and marketing-driven
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

We’re looking for experienced Animation Producers to help drive projects from pitch to production, connecting ideas with the right partners, teams, and resources to bring them to life.
The Animation Producer is both architect and dealmaker, shaping projects at their earliest stages and guiding them through execution. You’ll be responsible for pitching original and client-based projects, building compelling presentations, and securing collaborations with partners, studios, and stakeholders. Once a project is in motion, you ensure it is properly structured, staffed, and budgeted for success.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and logistics. You understand what makes a project exciting, but also what makes it feasible. From assembling teams to mapping out production timelines, you turn vision into a working system. You’ll collaborate with other producers, directors, and department leads while managing large groups of creatives across different stages of production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and pitch animation projects to partners, clients, and collaborators
- Create strong pitch decks and presentation materials for internal and external use
- Plan and map out production pipelines, timelines, and key milestones
- Build and assign teams using both Vilostudios’ internal network and your own industry network to secure the best talent for each project
- Collaborate with Directors, Creative Leads, and other Producers to align vision and execution
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and overall production feasibility
- Oversee multiple stages of production, ensuring projects stay on track creatively and financially
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth communication
- Support project growth by identifying opportunities for partnerships and expansion
Minimum 1+ produced project in animation, film, or related media
Proven experience in an Animation Producer or similar production role
Strong understanding of animation pipelines and production workflows
Experience creating and delivering pitch materials to clients or partners
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning effectively
Experience coordinating and leading large teams across multiple departments
Ability to leverage both personal industry connections and studio networks to staff productions effectively
Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
